WHY COLLECT DATA for the youth players?

• Create baseline data for assessment and goal creation purposes
• Compare data with like athletes to gain knowledge of where a player is in their development journey
• Compare to older, elite athletes to use a measuring stick of where an athlete wants to go in the future, whether that be a top-level Blaze team or college!
• Compare data to players around the country to gain a better perspective of where the athlete is at in terms of their strengths and weaknesses.

Movement Score by Footdoctor Esia - $15

• Movement evaluation w Esia to determine strengths and weaknesses. The athlete will receive a scorecard from Esia.

All data collected will be stored in the Blaze cloud and made available to players, parents, and coaches thru reports and spreadsheets. Data will be anonymous for others, meaning the public nor other families will able to access your child's data directly. Proceeds for this event will help fund the BPD program and the technology required to keep Blaze at the forefront of player development in Fastpitch softball.
